Dr. Hunter Morgan

Dr. Morgan has years of experience providing highly personalized, top-tier eye care for patients of all ages. After graduating with high honors from Southern College of Optometry, he completed his residency in ocular disease and primary care in a hospital setting. He then moved into a private practice, providing the full scope of eye care, supporting patients with common eye issues, ocular disease, and more. Dr. Morgan has specialization in specialty contact lens fittings, which is a vital part of treating corneal diseases. He currently lectures on myopia control and scleral contact lenses. 

With tremendous breadth and depth of experience, Dr. Morgan approaches each patient as an individual and is dedicated to ensuring everyone not only achieves an optimal outcome for their eye health and vision but also has an outstanding eye care experience. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a part of the Leadership Institute of the American Academy of Optometry. Devoted to research and advocacy that advances clinical insights and accessibility, Dr. Morgan currently serves on the San Diego Optometric Board, educating members on how to continue to advance the optometric profession forward. A dedicated member of his optometric societies and communities, he continues to learn, expand his knowledge, and advocate for his patients and profession.
